Frozen Paint advice

Post by Obs-Com » Tue Feb 07, 2023 11:21 pm

My First Edition (Frozen Orange) will be 4 years old in June. It’s still in pristine condition (24200 miles) and continues to be the easiest car to clean I’ve ever owned. As long as you use the right products (NO POLISH!) it’s a simple wash and dry to keep it looking great. I’ve provided previous posts on the products to use.

Hey. Can you quickly share your product choice

I’ve done nothing but jet wash 9 time out of 10 but should really try and give her some TLC

Wash using Autoglym Pure Shampoo and dry off much of the time. I also apply Autoglym Rapid Aquawax every 3 or 4 washes. Very easy to use on the Matte finish. Nanolex Final Finish matte detailer is great to get rid of blemishes and contamination. When I first brought the car home I used Dr Beasley’s Matte Paint Cleanser followed by a Matte Paint Coating. Do this once a year. Very easy to apply and provides paint protection.
