What is your favourite gizmo? I mean things like wireless charging, comfort unlocking, heated seats, heated steering wheel, TPM and the like.

Mine is definitely being able to talk to the car to set a sat nav destination.

The pedal on the left and the lever in the centre consol.

Pretty much everything else is irrelevant.
2006 Imola Z4MC (wife's shopping trolley)
1990 Toyota Carina (Started as a free family heirloom, now apparently a Classic)
2016 Toyota Avensis 1.6D (yup, the *really* slow one).
2011 TDM900
1997 VFR750 project. 95% complete. Only 30% left to do.

Never tried talking to say nav. Is it easy? How do you do it?

I’m a huge fan of the comfort access and the adaptive cruise.

Just ask your BMW (or in my case Holly) to navigate somewhere

Navigation is easy by telling her (Samantha) where you want to go. Cool 8)

Concierge service I have used just the once and found them very helpful. Needed new directions to a venue and didn't know the address for the Sat Nav, Told / asked Samantha nicely to contact them, Concierge found it presumably on Google and sent the car the directions which I accepted.

All good things come to those who wait. I'm really impatient which explains a lot.

The SIM card that sends all our data to BMW and the government agencies.

Only joking.

For me, it's probably the HUD also. I dont think I even look at the dash speedo anymore.

That area on the door handle that by touching the doors lock. Very handy when in a car park and your not sure if someone could be trying to intercept the remote locking from your key fob as you walk away.

HUD is cool, but I've never had the patience or time to try assisted parking - does it actually work well/quickly?

Carplay is coolest feature for me.

Most useless feature has to be the assisted reverse surely? I mean who drives up a small track or road, remembers to turn this feature on, then uses it to reverse all the way back along?

I also picked up for the first time the car has 2 bizarre mood generators - you can select 'relax' or 'vibrant' (IIRC?) and the car plays music adjusts lights and aircon to match for a few minutes. Totally odd!
