I've read in a couple of places that Holts Tyre Weld is easier to clean out than some alternatives so may be a better option, but I've no personal experience of that.
But it's a bit like repairs - most places won't repair a punctured run-flat as they'd rather sell a new tyre.
My usual tyre place repaired a P Zero run-flat for my 1 Series and I got more than 12K miles out of it without a problem, but they're an independent rather than one of a chain!
