I had a couple of Laverdas, a 1200 Mirage and then a Jota 1000 180 which I put in a Saxon frame…

The Duck 900 was then the last Italian one I ever had..

Should have had it mounted on a wall as a piece of art…
We choose to go to on with this endeavour at this time and do the other things, not because they are easy, but because they are hard…

Actually, I’ve created a space for the Duc in my living room, accompanied by a piece of crushed/crashed carbon on the wall. Maybe not the most artsy, but it livens up the room a bit and adds a personal touch

Don’t get me wrong; it will still get driven regularly, but I figured “why not” 8)
Four Alfa's and a Ducati later, I've turned to the dark side...

Barty, you must be a single guy, I doubt any married man would get away with a bike in the living room.

Noticed this when browsing local properties earlier. Nice restored Indian keeping you company for breakfast

It’s a lovely house Rob and as you say great for the asking price but it’s also the dearest house for sale locally by some considerable distance. That and our fantastic roads, what’s not to like :D

I remember watching Grand Designs many years ago where the the final part of the build was for the owner to secure his Ducati 916 to the wall in his lounge. My wife wouldn’t agree to letting me park my Ducati 1098 in our lounge!

Must have been a hell of a pair of raw plugs.. :tumbleweed:

Don’t think it quite colour matched the sofa though..

Maybe a Valencia Orange Z4 roof panel instead?
