Birds can be nothing but trouble! I was on my way to Silverstone having some fun with a Ferrari 328 doing 70 (ish) when this one hitched a ride on my first E86 - maybe it's best to keep moving!

I used to do some work at the WHSmith estate near Henley. I was talking to the gamekeeper one day and he told me you could be prosecuted for that. That pheasant belonged to someone. :?
All good things come to those who wait. I'm really impatient which explains a lot.

Well I wish I had known that - I could have claimed against the owner's Third Party insurance! :P

Good point! I also hit a pheasant in my Merc a few years back. It smashed the nearside headlight and cost me £900. I interrogated the fecker to get details but it was adamantly 'no comment'. The broken neck probably didn't help in its' ability to be forthcoming TBH.

I had a near miss with a rabbit tonight and a muntjac yesterday, but a pheasant wasn’t so fortunate a couple of days ago. Luckily I was driving my RS4 so it went under the car rather than through the grill as it would have in my Zed.
We’re flying back to Aus tomorrow where the suicidal wildlife is somewhat larger and takes the form of kangaroos. Usually they’re the survivors of an encounter and share pictures of broken humans in broken cars, rather the other way around :D

Don't post pictures of a Koala in a car grille, though, that is too much for any normal British person to take. :D

They’re far so lazy to leave their trees, so no real risk of that!

Typical male BMW owners don't tend to f*ck up the paintwork by attacking their reflection*
