Blue roof!
So......... it’s getting to the time where I want a new soft top but in blue. There is nothing wrong with my soft top just fed up with black.
This is the only pic I could gleam of the web. If anyone finds anymore I would be grateful if you could send them on to me.
My main question is has anyone used a company and what was the results? The only person I know of is Johnny English but he’s moved on.
TIA for any input

There was an old thread here: viewtopic.php?t=19856 which is where your original image comes from. In that post someone says these guys are great: https://www.car-hood.co.uk/ and in particular, they offer Z4 roof in blue mohair: https://www.car-hood.co.uk/beetle-auto-h1106 - not a cheap option but they certainly look like they know what they're doing. £673 + VAT (so just a smidge over £800) and that does not include fitting.

Brian, thibgs canny be that bad you’re wanting to lumber that lovely car with a blue roof
Here’s a thread where another company were offering different colours. You’ll clearly identify with the Scottish input on the thread
They’ve got probably your ideal shade of blue on their Z4 demonstrator

Can we assume the hard top will be sold now, so you can buy a blue one of those too.

I'd be more than happy with a blue roof. Might clash slightly with my red seats though!

Blue roof!
*UPDATE*
Monsoon hood delivered £984 all in.
They just don’t fit them anymore They gave me a number of a guy who could fit them but upon phoning him he didn’t sound too keen.
So, any of you guys know a garage (as close to Norfolk as possible) that could do the job?
TIA

Is it complete or do you need to fit it onto your existing frame etc?jock156 wrote: ↑Thu Dec 15, 2022 1:42 pm *UPDATE*
