What 's the opinion on roof colour?

I think (as above) it’s more likely to be poor presentation stopping the sale with the time of year.
When I had my merlot, i see another for sale with the lighter roof . I think it looks better just because there aren’t so many of them . It’s a nice combination. I did even think of getting mine changed . I still wish I’d kept that car . Absolutely love the Merlot

Poor presentation worked for me - i was able to pick it up significantly cheaper than advertised mainly as the seller had got fed up of no shows and chancers. I was there in front of him, willing to pay some money but i wasn’t desperate enough that I ‘had’ to have it so would have walked away.
They can only say no and personally, I am more likely to negotiate with someone face to face than over email etc

I think the beige roof goes well with the interior and the Merlot bodywork so it's a thumbs up from me!
I'm half tempted to swap my black hood for a beige hood but I'm concerned about the amount of work involved.
