Pioneer SPH-10BT Smartphone Receiver

Post by Bristolsparks » Fri Dec 02, 2022 5:32 pm

So has anyone fitted the Pioneer receiver?

Seems a good price and solves the issue of updating the business CD in my 2006 Roadie.

I have steering wheel controls so would need the extra adapter but for £150 all in seems pretty good

TIA

Is that the one with the built in phone holder?

I have the pioneer mvh-s520dab which I like. Same phone app I believe.
Sound quality is better than the business unit it replaced., but I also put in 6x9 in the cubby holes as I only had the basic 6 speaker setup so that helped.
As for steering wheel controls you will need an adapter cable to make them work.
3.0si roadster. Requisite stubby. Sound gen mod. LED numberplate lights. LED boot strip. Interior lights LED too. ZHP gearknob. Daily drive :driving:
Motor in boot. Bilstein B8 dampers. New radio, much better sounds

Yea that’s the one. I do prefer your option. Just need a phone holder.

I’ve got one, works a treat. Phone holder is sturdy, recent updates have improved the app.

I have the BT10 and it is a great bit of kit for the money!
