I have an Intravee II in my Z4, has worked well, like the additional options etc. But the 30 pin connector is annoying, I seem to go through the adapters to lightening port.

Is there a newer cable/adapter for it? Or an other way to charge the phone through it?

I'm half tempted to just wire in a magsafe charger and get a BT module for the stereo. Intravee can stay just for the programming.

be aware that you can only plug one device on the can bus.
ex : you can't have 6 cd charger and intravee or Iphone option and intrave
so if you buy a BT module which you won't plug using the "Jack in" entry but the can bus, you will have to remove the intravee

Thanks for the warning, I was just about to buy the BT, but came back to check the topic. Seems a new adapter is the best idea sadly
