What history do you have of suspension changes? I run 32/34 and it feels fine. But before I changed all four shocks it was floaty and crashy. Try the pressures but it may be that you are trying to compensate for worn suspension.
I recently rescued a 3.0i on 149k and discovered it still had all the original 2003 shocks on. If they look dry an mot will not pick them up. Needless to say they were no longer functioning at all.

Spoiler looks universal. Got to be worth putting that and all the other add-on bits on eBay or fb marketplace. Same with the wheels.

virtually no history - recent batch of work and some service stamps in a book, but nothing that shows any suspension work - will check the shocks out - thanks!
Quick check for the rears. Remove the parcel shelf supports in the boot and check the insulation over the top mounts. This needs to be cut to access the mounts. If it’s still pristine you have originals on there. For the front, check the top mounts for cracking in the rubber on top. If you download the autodoc app and monitor their discounts you can get a complete oem replacement of all four corners for close to £400. Select all the bits you need, add them to the basket and it’ll update the total as the discounts change.
I usually go for Sachs shocks, Lemforder top mounts, febi bilstein dust covers, bump stops and drop links

Seeing this last post reminds me of the old movie with Jimmy Stewart "Rear Window"!! Jokes aside nice work in restoring the old girl. Good luck with future work.
