Eventuri or afe intake temps
Hi, just about to purchase one of these and I am interested if anyone has data logged intake temps with one of the intakes in the subject. Am doing this purely for noise but I don't want to lose power. Just data logged the standard intake and it does a great job keeping temps between 2 and 6 degrees above ambient. It heatsoaks at traffic lights after a while but on the move cools quickly and a bit of wot returns temps to 1.5 to 2 degrees C above ambient. Cheers

Been thinking the same thing about my GruppeM intake. The std intake has a very isolated cold air intake, which only can do good for power. Nice numbers there, Sajk!

It would be nice if someone had data from GruppeM or AFE or eventuri.

Eventuri or afe intake temps
I've got data logs (just via OBD, so not sure how accurate the IATs are) with the stock airbox and an Eventuri. I'll dig them out over the weekend if you like?

Yes please. It would be important to know ambient temp as well if it's in there.

OK so finally got this installed and did some initial logging. Heat soaks quicker than stock but does return to 4 to 6 degrees above ambient when some throttle is applied. Does seem to take longer to recover than the plastic intake box though. Bit subjective at the moment. Will log some more.
