A Funny thing happened on the way to the Airport

Heading up to Bristol Airport last Tuesday 5am. We turned off the M5 behind your typical Black 4x4. Time in hand but still mildly irritated by the driver doing 40mph every where. 40 limit, 50 limit, 60 limit, a steady 40mph. Fair enough. but then we hit a 30 limit. I turned to MrsG and said there is a speed camera ahead. Then seconds later flash flash.

We finally over took them on a small uphill section of dual carriage way, 50 limit, about a mile before the Airport. Sorry whoever you are but you made my day.

That really winds me up - people holding me up in a 60 then speeding in a 30 or 40.

About 15 years ago I worked with a woman who got disqualified for totting up points. 4 speeding offences between 33-40 mph. She drove everywhere at 40 and got done 4 times in the one village, 3 times at the exact same spot
