If only it was that simple, mate. The wife uses it for work every day; she refuses to drive an auto so won't use the 440.
I thought the Z was her car.
So, it gets difficult. Both of you have a play car that neither of you use and both use the Mazda instead.

Maybe so but I keep my cars longer than we keep PMs :P

Pondrew wrote: Thu Oct 20, 2022 6:04 pm I have always liked cars but never, until now, had the spare cash, time or inclination to 'play' with cars. Then I buy them, don't really use them, so sell them then repeat. I need professional help TBH! :D
I read through this thread with some interest and picked this comment out. What do you get out of owning the cars that interest you? For me it's a combination of driving enjoyment and sharing them with like minded people. I use my MX-5 more than my other cars because there's an active owners' club and frequent, local cars and coffee meet ups. I can easily organize or attend a run to drive the car as well as socialise with others that have interesting examples. Perhaps if you buy a car you're more likely to have a reason to use socially (not just as a practical means of transport) you'll get more out of it.

It's a bit irrelevant now as I've decided to keep the 4 series, at least for now. I'm going to put new wheels on it; might make it seem like a new car to me. :D

No, can't find it.
Now, Sterling grey Z4 2.2 with cup holders, stubby aerial and sport seats. Roadsters ‘cause they’re great with the roof down.
Ford Anglia, Red Sprite, a few MG midgets, MGB Roadster and yellow Ford Capri, all gone many years now.

The TPMS thread!
It's just PVR being difficult. His grasp on English isn't so good. :P

To add some balance - it’s probably much better than most of our Dutch!

I don't know Ron; I am always accused of speaking 'double Dutch'.
