For sale is my 2003 - E85 Z4, 3.0i in Maldives blue.
3.0i M54, 6 speed manual gearbox.
88,500 miles.
MOT expires April 2023.

Good service history - folder full of invoices and MOT certificates - service book stamped at 12K, 27K, 40K, 56k, 72k, 78k, 80k, 82k - The first 5 stamps are BMW dealers. (3-4-year documentation gap between 2011 and 2016- I was told by the previous owner the chap he bought it from did the work himself there are some receipts for consumables that add weight to this claim.

Whilst in my ownership I carried out a service myself at 84,500 (have receipts) and have invoice for service from garage this year at 88,065. The car has had a fair amount of pre-emptive work done and few parts replaced when failed - DISA Valve replaced at 73k miles, Thermostat at 70k miles, Alternator at 70k, Cam cover gasket at 80k, Spark Plugs April 2022,

This car has had the roof motor relocated.

The spec is...Heated Electric memory seats - 18" 107 Wheels - M Sport suspension - Cruise control - Auto wipers and lights - Zenon headlights 8 disc CD changer with 2 cartridges - Sat nav build into head unit runs from a DVD drive - never used but it does work - 2 cup holders - Premium sound system with amp in the boot.

Car has a modified standard BMW back box to give a sportier sound as well as a BMW ZHP gear stick. Other than the gear stick and back box the car is standard.

The bodywork, paint and wheels are in pretty good condition for age and mileage a few stone chips and light scuffing on the alloys but nothing major. being a rare Maldives blue colour the car really turns heads on a sunny day.

Bad points - Windscreen has a small chip in the middle it has been there since I purchased the car - doesn't fail the MOT and is only picked up depending on how good the inspector's eyesight is / how clean the glass is. It is the original BMW windscreen - car would benefit from a new one. Some wear to drivers seat right hand side - nothing major at all really.

Why am I selling? New car purchase forces sale. Blue, 5+ owners, reduced to £3,500 for forum members

It's a shame you are having to sell it but it looks like a clean well-specced car.

In light of reading through some more posts and realising the current market isn't what I had initially seen I've reduced this to £4250 on Autotrader.

Would love it to go to a forum member as I purchased from a member so for forum members I'd take £4,000

As a serial buyer of Maldives Blue roadsters, I reckon this is great value at four grand, although a lot will depend on the condition close up; Maldives panels are increasingly hard to come by.

If this was for sale a few weeks ago, I would definitely be interested, but the garage space is currently occupied.

I'd be happy to do a video walk round for any potential buyer I'd love to keep it myself but no garage space and have a Jaguar XKR 5.0 that has replaced it
