No LSD on a Mazda
Not universally true. Depends on the engine and trim. My 2.0 Sport Recaro has an LSD.

If you’re seriously looking then at least try a 2.0 ND2 (2019 on, 184hp) with LSD to compare. Lots of aftermarket exhausts if you want more drama.
Ah ok I didn't know that M1, obvs need more detailed research, many thanks.

I'll offer my 2p on this, my mate has one and I've had the pleasure of driving it.

In short, they're awesome little cars. The exhaust sounds ridiculous (in a good way), lots of crackles on the overrun and a nice "bark".
Enough power to have fun, but not get into silly speed territory - perfect for a B-road. Very balanced chassis with pretty impressive brakes (4-pot Brembos)
They're comfortable too. Seats are supportive and the ride is quite compliant.

Go and test drive one, I think that'll give you your answer :)

I think they look better than the MX5, but then I've always liked the looks of the original 124 Spyder.

But I prefer the idea of a 2 litre N/A engine in the MX5 to the 1.4 turbo in the Fiat. Maybe it's lucky I don't really want either of them.
Coupes because stunning!

It's a good looking (shopping) car. Those 'smart' things look like kit cars that I see on eBay, usually based on a Triumph Herald.

I think they're brilliant cars, I love the modern Abarth way of doing things, it just seems more fun and playful than other manufacturers - sports cars that are about drama and theatre and making you smile rather than who's got the biggest numbers and whether Chris Harris will think it's good at ten tenths, whatever the hell that means. I'm no mathematician but I'm pretty sure ten tenths is usually referred to as '"one".

Get one, I bet you'll love it.

Got to ask then after that....why do you own a Z4?
