I don't have any warning lights on but this code has popped up along with misfire from cylinder 4. It popped up about 150 miles ago but as there was no light that came up I only noticed it today when checking on Carly. I've got access to live data using Carly but I'm not sure what tests I need to run. I also have some of the data stored from the incident:
Misfire at low tank level
Counter recognition bad road: 0.00 -
Engine speed: 736.00 1/min
engine temperature: 61.50 C
Fuel tank level: 7.00 l
Misfiring cylinder 4
Maximum relative load at misfires: 32.03%
Maximum speed with misfires: 1024.00 1/min
Minimum relative load at misfires: 18.36
Torque current value: 32.00 Nm
I have recently replaced the spark plugs & I swapped around the coils as I had misfires earlier in the year so I know it is not either.
Carly says it's a serious issue yet no warning light has come up, should I be fine to continue driving it?

No the coils have only been swapped to see if they were the issue when it was misfiring earlier in the year which they weren't

Misfire at low tank level
Perhaps I'm missing something, but to clarify, it's telling you that it had an issue a while back with very low fuel level, and now you have a misfire in No4?
If that's so, then have you considered that running the tank so low has picked up debris from the bottom of the tank which is no affecting No4 injector?

Swap the coil from 4 to 1 and clear the codes then run and see if the code returns and note which cylinder has the misfire. If it remains on 4 then as enuff_zed said suspect a blocked injector thats maybe leaking fuel into the cylinder and causing a misfire. If the misfire moves to No1 then coil has the issue.
