If you click on them from the Notifications tab and then just click the "back" arrow in your browser they stay on the Notifications list.

After I've read them I go to "New posts" and they disappear.

How do I get rid of notifications for things that I'm not interested in any more but keep coming up?

Your user name appears up at the top right. If you click on that there is an option for User Control Panel and if you click that you'll find a tab to "Manage Notifications".

Thank you Mr Tidy. What do I do when I get to "Manage Notifications". I've scrolled down to find the one I want to stop appearing but when I click on it it brings it up rather than stopping it. :?

I think they still stay there anyway, but doing what I described gets rid of the Red flag.

If you have active notifications, then just open the tab and you should see a 'mark all as read' or 'clear all' tab. Obviously click on it.

Honestly...this place is like trying to teach my mother how to do online banking     :poke:

Open the thread in question and click the little spanner button (next to 'Post Reply' at the top and bottom of the page) - there should be an option to unsubscribe from the thread, which will stop the forum sending notifications of new replies.
