PerryGunn, I've used the underground car park next to the Grand before, £ 16 for 24 hours if i remember right.
Also the marina multi story is free parking if you do not use the first 2 floors (Reserved for disabled and families)
Fished out of Brighton marina many many times and never paid for parking. Apart from that, parking in Brighton is an impossible task :o

Glad no one has mentioned London, never going there again if i can help it :D

Just had a weekend in Ironbridge in Shropshire and can recommend this as a good base for travelling around Shropshire and into Wales.
I like to think I'm an optimist.

I 'discovered' Ludlow last year and was really taken with it, reputedly 'the loveliest town in England'. Had a long weekend exploring the area, Shropshire and west into Wales. Will definitely go back sometime in the future :thumbsup:
