Hi All,

I have a set of genuine BMW CSL wheels I'm looking to sell, any idea on the current values?

I know there are lot's of cheap replicas out there, but these are the real mcCoy with all the correct stamped marks, any advice appreciated....

Nobody wants them anymore, they're too common.

I'll do you a favour and take the off your hands for £50 and a vintage humbug (can't be more accurate, as I don't know how long it was down the back of the sofa).
Trigger’s Z4MC
Some bits now over 163,000 miles, some less than 1,000 miles.
Individual Ruby Black, Individual extended champagne leather, plus many options

I don’t think so, does that affect the value?

They do need doing, that was going to be my next question, what’s the best / right colour?

What I mean is, does having them refurbed de-value them?

Might be better to sell them without refurbishing, anyone interested can then choose their own finish.

Yeah this did cross my mind. Wasn’t sure if it might make them harder to sell / less appealing….

Maybe it's just me but if I wanted them I'd rather buy them as they are and choose the colour for the refurb.

The market price for these though has changed since they were available new from BMW last year for c1.7k, as the fronts are now NLA and I believe will no longer be manufactured again. It wouldn't surprise me if you couldn't get nearer 2k for them as they are. I guess ebay/fb/m3cutters would give you a fair idea of prices these days.

Imo yes as the original BBS finish is extremely difficult to replicate.

However, as per others seeing as yours need to be refurbed I would sell them as is.

What sort of money are you looking for them and where are you based?

Also do you have any pics?

I don’t have any pics as yet, but can get some.

I’m based just north of Peterborough. I think I’d like to see £2k for them as they are.
