Blinkers (turn signals) and flashing problems related to light control stalk

Hello everyone,
Z4 Sdrive 20i, 2012 owner here with a pretty weird problem. Sometimes when I start the car, the left stalk that controls the blinkers doesn't work, nor does high beam flashing. The middle button works for the middle screen control. At the same time, the hazard button that turns all 4 blinkers works just fine and turning it - turns all all 4 blinkers.

Turning off the car, locking it and unlocking it, then turning it back on doesn't fix the problem.

If I leave the car and come back in the morning, the left stalk work perfectly fine and it turns on/off the blinkers as well as high beam flashing.

Anyone has any idea or had a similar problem happen to them with a possible solution how to fix it?
