Oh dear. Multiple errors.

So I was going out for dinner. Fire up the car and get a list of errors.
Drivetrain, driver assistance, parking sensors, check engine light on.

BMW assist came out and took it on a low loader. Didn’t think to plug in my Carly to see the errors.

Oh that’s not good, hope it’s sorted quickly, though on the bright side your car looks so gorgeous on the back of a low loader

Thanks. My gut feeling is a sensor or a control unit. Won’t know until the car is looked at on Monday.

Funnily enough I was wondering the same so looked carefully and it’s all padded. No metal bits at all.

Go big? New gearbox and engine. ;)

My money is on sensor or control unit. What else could it to throw up errors in multiple systems at the same time?

Forgot to mention. One of the errors was new front pads! I know I don’t need them.

That always sucks, but i think it's something small.
Hopefully the dealer can fix it fast.

    Battery?
Can’t see how. It’s an easy fix if it is, but surely on the g29 it would trigger a low battery warning rather than all that? Also it would have cleared once car started and was running?

Oh man gutted for you. Keep us informed on progress. Sounds like you’ve got an interesting conversation with the dealer coming up too.

Hope that it’s a quick fix and you get your car back perfect very soon.

But there’s a massive omission in all of this…

Did you get our for dinner? And what did you have?
