Ye but your Mrs was trying to cool the planet using the cool air from the house. Not the other way around. As such the idea is sound. Just that in practice you would not notice the good work much and as you point out your house ends up hotter inside. So the physics is sound, but the exercise is fruitless and backfires when you go back indoors. :wink:

Ahhhh ok got it, yes we're 12 miles from Sheffield.

We have a mate we call Chuffer, as he never swears but says chuffing instead, this is true: He had all 4 wheels nicked off his Astra GTE back in the day, left it on bricks when he was on a night shift, when he saw it he was livid, absolutely raging, as you would, and shouted, What a chuffing chuff up..... :lol: :thumbsup:
