The met office give out weather warnings to avoid the lawyers, not for anyone's health benefit:

"Im went out all day in the sun had 2 got rushed 2 A&E as I nearly died frum extreem sunstroke dehidra....dehuduti....dehumidifikation.....thirst stayed in a week wiv no fags cider KFC or Mcdees all my skin is pelin of, it hurtt like wot reely bad so am sueing 4 compun compan compensuton cos no 1 told me not to go owt all day.
