Don’t use a holder. Phone gets put on charger or in centre arm rest.

I wanted to use it as a backup sat Nav ie using a phone based system when minor roads change and the car system is out of date.

So a dashboard holder would be ideal.

So I bought a 35is with all the toys to play with.

With that in mind, what is the general consensus for the best phone holder?

I currently use an iPhone Pro Max but its in a leather phone case and I cannot be chewed to remove it before putting it in a holder. I was going towards a CD slot holder and think in Landscape.
Just out of curiosity. Why do you need a holder with wireless CarPlay?

So I can see the map on the screen as well as hearing the instructions.

For phone use only I’m quite happy to stuff it down the side of the seat or in the tunnel net,
