Finally, its MY turn....

years on years of serving customers, I'm finally got to my week...a Very important phase this year after not being well last year.... my mission was, is to use this abit more get back on track and get back to the show scene so... here it is.... the car is ready to begin the work on, ill be doing a huge video series on the car. I've scanned and made my own PPF kit for the car ( front end ) ill make the rest on the car next week. Before that ill be giving it a single stage correction. Full underside clean, under arches , ceramic coating the underside components and ill record the lot! for those that follow my YT channel keep your eyes peeled. Once the car is ppf covered it will be ceramic coated with Gtechniq halo. The car will hopefully heading up to Scotland soon to lock horns with Andy Another big deal is the car is due to be featured in a few different magazines so i need it to be perfect for those.... but for now, here it is.

swirling / marring is minimal so i wont need to go heavy duty, ill be hitting it with a fine compound with my trust duetto and really slow down the passes to get the best from it. PPF being used is suntek reaction which is a high end film with a two layer construction.

thanks guys Pretty excited but slightly nervous to get it all done within the week but it should be able to make it happen. i will be starting with the decon work tomorrow, and the cameras will be rolling! first magazine shoot is the 28th....

Also I take it the seats are to keep weight reduced to a minimum rather than comfort? In that regard is your strut bar a lightweight model too?

Hey buddy , the seats are easily as comfy as stock , hell maybe more so and they weight 4kg each ..... The way hold you and support your body is a different level. The wheel bolts are lightweight composite pieces . Power at last Dyno was 546hp. or their abouts ....

Ok guys ..... Managed to clean the under arches and components, single stage correction to body with some very slow passes , I've got to a really solid correction rate and I was really pleased how well the paint work responded to the correction work.

Tomorrow I'll be starting the PPF work , the front bumper ,wing , lights , mirrors are scanned and cut in house , the bonnet I'll make on the car and tuck it so it's a seamless install , the rest of the car will be made on the car to get as clean install as possible. Also I made some proper scanned pieces for the A pillars which are susceptible to rock chips. During winter ill be stripping the larger underside pieces and getting them powder coated in silver.

PPF is the latest suntek reaction film which is self healing, incredibly glossy wet almost look to it and its also got a top layer pre ceramic coated. the car will look pretty amazing once the film is installed, however this isnt an easy shape to get right. Headlights are already PPF covered in a light smoke.

Always love seeing pictures of this car . Even if it does make me sick at how clean it is . Just when i think ive managed to get my own car clean . I take one look at this and realise there's a long way to go .

You cannot fail to be impressed. If my car was even close to being as good as Byron’s I don’t think I would ever take it out in case it got dirty. It’s almost like owning a piece of fine art which you should just look at and admire.
