BMW want £106 per front ARB bush and all the ones listed on Autodoc appear to be the wrong internal diameter.
Before I go Powerflex, anyone know of a source of rubber items?

Have you actually put your car details into autodoc?
Never had a problem with them myself, after about 4 sets for different cars.
I've had Febi ones which interestingly seem to say the same 18mm internal diameter is suitable for 18 and 19mm ARBs. But as they are split bushes, they do pull tight as you do up the clamp anyway.

I have, and it gives me options listed as 23mm and 24mm while the M front bar is 27mm.
Of course I could still order them anyway and take it up with Autodoc later if unsuitable, but would rather get the order right first time

Fair enough.
Well I'm stumped then. Must be an M owner with the answer out there.

I wouldn't risk Autodoc unless you are sure what you are ordering is correct, don't think they are well known for being good with problems!
I would just go Powerflex, bet you'd not notice any difference from standard, and if anything should be positive anyway.

The Z4M front ARB diameter is 27mm and is fairly unique amongst the BMW range and is probably driving up the price. The E46 M3 (non CSL) ARB diameter is 26mm which will work and you can probably get them for cheaper. The part number is 31352229756.

The E46 M3 Cabrio is 27MM so can use that for exact replacement.
