What hosting site are you all using to post pictures

And can short vids be uploaded to a post?

I haven't been in forums in a solid 15 years!

Welcome. You can post pictures of car here. Click on "add files" tab attach pic and post. Also we do like to see pic of your car on first post. As to video's not sure other with more site knowledge can reply.

For photo's as above add file tab in bottom left of posting message box.

For video's...

Open a youtube account.
Upload there and basically share a link.
