Hi John - no not over budget... if I recall it wasn't 'the ideal' spec I wanted and the price too high considering.

Top Hi-Fi is up there for sure, but I also want a stock car (if pos)... Appreciate some of the modifications made were from prior ownership etc. just something I want.

Millage is getting towards where I have set in my mind that I'd go to, although I do like the grey it I'd prefer white etc etc.

All that said I felt that the number that John suggested was just too high.

I'd let it go for £23k if that's of interest Marty. Im not actively selling but would if the price was met.

Extremely minor cosmetic change around the switches as part of the LCI

So IMHO it’s an arbitrary restriction unless you want a Valencia orange one

There were no power changes to the 35i 35is through their production runs
Didn't they improve the roof mechanism on the LCI model allowing it to fold at increased speed or is that another urban myth?

It’s a myth…there was a change to add an extra solenoid to ensure coverage of all cases of roof closure..however it’s got nothing to do with max speed closure…that’s coded in the CTM and was progressively changed over time..original launch vehicles could not close ‘ open roof at any speed..
We choose to go to on with this endeavour at this time and do the other things, not because they are easy, but because they are hard…
A very modified Atacama Yellow 35is

Hi all,

After a busy period both at work and home, I find myself again searching for the perfect car...

Does anyone recognise this /has it been forum owned?
https://www.autotrader.co.uk/car-detail ... 9081739832

Price seems reasonable considering spec... it's MW instead of AW but after waiting this long I feel like I may need to just bite the bullet and go for it!?

It's too far away for me to just go look at it, so I'd need to be ready to buy before seeing it.

Current reg: t23soc

Thoughts?

Cheers M

Good spec as you say..price a little toppy in the current market but unusual colour combo so for some worth a premium..low miles for the year..

If you want it have it..
