Do you have a menu if you right click on the image? I have 7 options (I'm not listing them cos I can't be arsed). Copy doesn't do anything for me either TBH.
If you have the menu and click on "save image as" it should bring up a new window so you can choose where to save it. They are all jpeg files so it should work
