New Colours & Badge
BMW M Division are celebrating their 50th anniversary with new colours and a retro badge. The badge is quite cool and I'd have it on my e89 - I think the vintage theme would be in keeping with the traditional roadster shape.

My main point though, if they do make those colours available for M Performance models, please can someone order an M40i in that shade of green so I can buy it 2nd hand in 6 or 7 years? Thanks very much

That green would be one of my first choices, Kathleen I’m not so sure.tiglon wrote: ↑Sun Nov 28, 2021 11:05 am BMW M Division are celebrating their 50th anniversary with new colours and a retro badge. After I was tagged onto a post re this earlier in the week I “mentioned” it to her but of course saying it’s next year not the following when we were intending to change. I never got a no, more of a “we’ll wait to see what colours are available before we decide” so I’m taking that as a win just now
Usual question is will they include the M40i in the criteria?
Oh and as for buying it in 6 or 7 years Will, you’ll have to hope the 2nd owner is a forum member then decides to sell on again

Oh no!
This is just going to add fuel to the 'M' badge debate surely?
Having said that I do like the design.

We choose to go to on with this endeavour at this time and do the other things, not because they are easy, but because they are hard…

I'm sure some industrious Chinese folk started working on them within minutes of the press release, keep an eye on eBay and AliExpress
There are some on eBay for motorbikes, but the wrong size unfortunately and you'd probably want to do front, back, sides, wheels etc all at once anyway.

I like that green.
Like those badges too - if I ever need a new one for my E86 and there is one the right size I'd probably buy it.
