Would you buy it?

Post by Pondrew » Tue Nov 23, 2021 9:47 pm

OK so with used car prices going through the roof across the board, would you buy this?
No checking prices online as that would be cheating.
I may have the opportunity to buy a Chevrolet Lacetti 1.6 petrol estate (from Top Gear fame, albeit the saloon/hatch), 2007, one owner, 38k miles, full dealer history, 4 new tyres, 9 months MOT for.............£250 :o
All good things come to those who wait. I'm really impatient which explains a lot.

F31 320i. Good car.
E89 20i Now fully dried
Z3 'free litre'. Project and a half. Complicated!
Mazda3 sold
Tatty old R56 Mini Cooper. Money pit!

If the four new tyres are worth £249, might be worth a punt.
Abstinence is fine, in moderation.

Good point. I think it may have. The owner sadly passed away today but was advised to queue for fuel when the 'panic' hit a few weeks ago. Don't think it's been driven since.
