At least a wrecked manual box won't cost as much to repair / replace as an auto. See another plus for the manual! :rofl:

Yeh autos have paddle shift (my model does 3.0si coupe) Cant comment on other auto’s sure there’s a mix of engines/gearbox set ups….

Just to get back on the matter - 2/3 months in to an auto and absolutely I love with the thing….

don’t get me wrong there is that split second auto lag but what comes next makes up for it….

Not the most responsive/best driving machine in the world but the looks make up for any imperfections…..

Dream car - long time coming and hasn’t disappointed yet….

I might have worded my question wrong earlier I did mean all the z4 coupes in auto having paddles not sure if they do

all the coupes do yes.. it was a facelift feature so all facelifted autos 2006 on had paddles.. earlier boxes just had the the maual auto changer on the stick
if its got tits or tyres..its trouble :D

With the sports button pressed, my car really is responsive, I don't want for more.
