That’s good because the only view you’ll get of mine is the @rse end as it’s pulling away from you :poke:
Unfortunate, as that end is terrible too :poke:

Maybe something to do with the E85 / E86 were built in the US and the others weren't, maybe that's why more of them sold in the US compared to the other models. That and the fact that stupid SUVs have taken over the world... for now!

I don't think the G29 is a flop judging by how many I have seen here in Spain recently. Still in two minds about that car, the side and back look ok but that front!

Both of them are fabulous looking cars as far as I’m concerned, especially in Orange. However, the G29 has generated far more positive interest and compliments than any car I’ve ever had, including the E89. Just saying
    2011-14: E89 2.3sDrive
    2014-16: E89 35is - Valencia Orange X2 (gone but not forgotten)

    2017-17: E85 2.5si
    2017-19: F87 M2 - Long Beach Blue DCT (Stunning)
2019-23: G29 M40i First Edition (more stunning than the M2)
    2023-??: G23 M440i

Each to their own. The coupe to me looks as if BMW got towards the rear of the car, ran out of ideas, and simply cut it off there.

Neither the E89 or G29 are particularly good looking cars though the E89 is the better looking and doesnt suffer the same inflated/swollen face that the G29 does.

You may notice my smile is sooooooooooo much bigger in the M40i than the 35is. Still happens every time I drive it! :D

I never noticed the earlier Z4's at all before. I came up behind and passed a G29 on the motorway, thought it looked fantastic, wondered what it was, realised it was a Z4, did my research and bought one.
As I said, each to their own.

I'm sure there is a bit of sarcasm in that reference, if I could bother my arse to look for it.

Tell that to the huge number of people who's heads turn and many who give me the thumbs up when I pass them in my E89, I don't think they got the message that it isn't a good looking car!

    Mmmmm copium
Sales figures do all the talking that's needed here. :paper:

I'm not saying the E89 looks bad, I'm saying that it isn't notably good looking, it doesnt have that  factor, but each to their own

Funny that I thought the same about the E85 hence one of the reasons why I bought the E89. As you say though, each to their own. :D
