Trossachs and Higland Lochs Sunday 10th July 2022

Post by B21 » Thu Oct 21, 2021 3:27 pm

A Sunday potter across the Trossachs and Highlands.

Starting at Dobbies Garden Centre Stirling around 09:00 and wandering up to Pitlochry and then past Loch Tunnel and Loch Rannoch to Rannoch station for lunch, one of the most isolated railway stations in the UK.

Then going 'over the top' from Rannoch School (conditions permitting) to Loch Tay and the Brig o'Turk to end at Stronachlachar on Loch Katrine.

Around 180 miles and about 6 hours of driving.

Restricted to 12 cars for logistics reasons.

First come, first served.

We choose to go to on with this endeavour at this time and do the other things, not because they are easy, but because they are hard…
