Decided I'm gonna paint my calipers red and the bars behind the grill. 😬 Should make the purists heads explode. πŸ˜‚πŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ

Wifey insisted on bright yellow smoothrite on her Sterling Grey one.
Oh, and the engine bay strut braces too.

Nope, I said do what you like but you're still not eating in my E89.

Think Smoothrite only does 'kin bright yellow. :D

My car already had red calipers and bars behind the grilles - I really like them.

I did the bar behind the grilles over the weekend. Took the left hand grille out and unscrewed the 4 torx bolts. Fiddly as feck!

Also opened the 4 boxes sitting in the shed containing the big brakes kit. Luckily I can get them sanded/ painted before they go on the car πŸ‘

It really is so much easier to do when you have the bumper off.
