After changing my CCV last weekend and noticing a difference in the way the engine runs I thought I’d take the old one apart. This is what 65k over 17 years does to your ccv!

Think you answered your own reasoning with being used so little it hasn't cleared the condensation out the CCV and caused it to block up with sludge. Glad it goes better now though :driving:
