Sounds like the head unit may have lost mid/high output ? Not sure if these frequencies are run through the amp too ? , do you have a spare speaker or two that you could temporarily connect to the mids in the door to check/eliminate speaker faults ?

I thought about trying to hook up a speaker to test that way BUT I realized I hadn't checked my sound on anything but bluetooth and the radio sounds just fine. The only thing I need to test is the CD player (I need to find a CD!) So fingers crossed, this isn't the amp and it is actually the GROM unit that went to crap. In that case, I might be looking into new bluetooth options as I believe this GROM unit is pretty new. (Previous owner installed it)

Okay here is an update. I reset the Bluetooth on the GROM unit and it took me a while to reconnect but that seems to have taken care of the issue. Thank the Lord so I don't have to replace this very expensive amp!
