Hi all, having sold my E85 3.0i Z4 just over a year ago I've decided I might want to upgrade again!
I am looking to upgrade to a M135i but to do that I'd have to sell my 125i! I'm not desperate to be rid of it because I really love it. It'll only go if I can get close to what I want for it.
So here's the key info;
Location: East Sussex, BN27 Area
Price: 5,450
- 138,800 miles which will slowly increase as I'll still be driving it
- Flappy Paddle Auto.
- Michelin PS4 tyres on all 4 corners.
- 13 + stamps in the book.
- Full Leather Heated Seats
- Xenons
- CCC Nav + Bluetooth Phone + Aux for music.
- Cruise Control
Service history
As mentioned above it has 13 stamps in, the last of which is at 123k miles. Followed by a hand written note for another oil change just 400 miles later.
This is where the last owner bought it believe.
I bought it from them end of August 2020 where it had roughly 130K miles.
In my ownership the following has been carried out;
(Sept 2020 ish)
========
- Gearbox Filter and Oil
- Engine Oil + Filter
- Diff Oil
- Brake Fluid
- PS4 fitted to replace cheap crap that were the wrong sizes!
=======
(Sept 2021 ish)
- Spark Plugs
- New valvecover and gasket original leaked like a sieve
=======
MOT'd in July this year.
Only other thing worth mentioning is I had a detachable towbar fitted so that I could carry bikes. When the towbar is off, you wouldn't know its there.
Paintwork is fine overall, a good selection of stone chips on the bonnet which I think is to be expected with this many miles. When clean the wheels look good when but do have some reasonably minor curbing.
Some pictures of it absolutely filthy can be seen on my Google Drive link here
I'm going take some more detailed ones shortly after I can wash it, I'm happy to take any pics or answer any questions people have. Hopefully I haven't missed any spec options.

In the unlikely event that a potential purchaser is unaware, the 125i has the same N52 engine as the Z4 3.0Si it’s just software restricted to a significantly lower BHP.
This is one non-turbo car where a remap is massively worthwhile. I had a 125i E88 years ago and it was night and day after the remap

Yup! Exactly that, I honestly don't think it has been mapped. I intended to, just never got around to it.True-Blue wrote: ↑Sat Oct 09, 2021 5:15 pm In the unlikely event that a potential purchaser is unaware, the 125i has the same N52 engine as the Z4 3.0Si it’s just software restricted to a significantly lower BHP.
