Service book ??

Did our cars come originally with a service book , I don’t have one, but I have my cars main dealer history printed out from sytners.
I was informed yesterday as I booked it in for service it should have come with one !

Probably it's gonna depend when yours was first registered? My 2015 model did come with a conventional service book. However Mercedes had phased them out by 2016...

Mine is a 2014, but has no idrive service history as my 3 series estate does.

My 2009 has one. But wished i hadn't seen it when first service and possible oil change was done.

My 2011 did not come with one but I purchased one and have had the stamp added where I know services have been done - cost around £16

I had one for my 2010 and 2015 Zeds

I had one in my 59 plate but not in my 14 one

Maybe they were issued by the dealers and some were a bit slack

My 2016 didn't have one, I keep a folder with everything in, so whoever buys her from me will have everything done/bought recorded

My 2009 has one, just had it serviced at my local BMW dealer and stamped as usual

My Sept 2016 35is came with a service book - Out 335 xd July 2015 did not! It is all stored on iDrive
I keep all receipts i a folder so its not a problem if I sell privately.

I do likewise , have all the history I have in said folder . Was wondering about it’s past lives, and what it had gone thru !!

Pop down your loacal main dealer, they will order you one and complete it with all BMW recorded history, cheap as chips....
