Have we just taken possession of the last Z4’s

I guess since it’s not clogging up a BMW production line then if Steyr can keep production going on a batch basis it can continue for some time…probably another 3-5 years..?
We choose to go to on with this endeavour at this time and do the other things, not because they are easy, but because they are hard…
A very modified Atacama Yellow 35is

Continued production is good. Facelift will be minor but may have some more tech and maybe another 10bhp?

You’re just happy you’ll get to order another one after you rack up 30,000 miles on yours. ;)

If Peter’s prediction/guesstimate is anywhere near close I’ll get another 2 possibly. I’ll be glad if they’re under 30k at 2 yrs old

Nope still code 155, seems strange that yours is still waiting for shipping too, maybe they’re waiting for mine :D

      Sorry SARS. Just awful.

I was told that codes sometimes don’t update straight away so fingers crossed it’s left factory.
Might only be 1 day a week it leaves factory towards U.K. who knows? The delivery date hasn’t changed which leads me to believe that it’s on schedule to leave when it’s supposed to.

The 155 code mine was stuck on for nearly a week. Yours has been for nearly 2 weeks. Have they given you an updated delivery date yet?

ori, I would imagine that there will be a smart reader/barcode system, so when it leaves one area and enters another the barcode is scanned and the system is updated and that code changes, at this point the delivery will probably be updated. If it doesn’t leave the area, like mine, then the date isn’t automatically updated.

Of course you are right, but sometimes the local systems don’t update the systems that genius/dealer has access to and only updates when it goes to the next check point.

This is less common on the newer system they now use, but does occasionally happen.
Your car is obviously awaiting a part. If it was going into the workshop for a repair it has a different code which is entering workshop.
Has your dealer been able to get anymore information?

I’m trying to be optimistic here for you!

Just so we are all on the same page here, we definitely do NOT need pics of that!
