So I bought a 35is with all the toys to play with.

Ron, what options are you forgetting to tick?
Very few it would seem!

Argyll Andy wrote: Sun Jun 27, 2021 7:43 pm Well as you know it’s now here and it’s lovely. Couple of quick observations, the colour and combo with the shadowline pack really suits this car and we’re delighted with it. I honestly have lost count of the amount of comments and compliments we’ve had.

It’s a very nice place to be and I like the smooth drive and tech in it. The biggest surprise, probably because I’ve never had it before, is the adaptive cruise. I really really like it. The seating position and overall cabin space is great.

Personal choice again but I’m so glad we never went for frozen grey. Came out this morning and the bonnet had some serious bird sh!t on it. Being ceramic coated it was down to Halfords’s for some Autoglym bird dropping removal wipes and after leaving them soaking for 5-10 minutes they came off no bother.

Anyway some of you asked for some proper photos so here you go, oh and I forgot how hot it can be with the roof down
Car looks great Andy, great photos and was interesting to see the Scone Palace sign, I went to primary school in Scone and secondary in Perth. Enjoy the new car.

Sars, Pilot Super Sports with a very recent DOT date

sars wrote: Sun Jun 27, 2021 8:40 pm That fifth photo has almost got me ringing Listers Boston up and changing the order to blue with shadow line plus, the only thing stopping me is the interior would have to be black or ivory, cognac just wouldn’t work.

Ronk, specify through carwow and wait for some offers to come through, I ended up with roughly £6k discount
That’s my favourite picture of the lot so far. The White House really contrasts the car and also highlights the black shadowline items. Right up until we we’re getting the salesman to press confirm order it was a toss up between black or Ivory interior. Us both wearing blue jeans all the time when we’re in it was the deciding factor to go for black but the Ivory looked very classy against the blue

I suppose my buy / not to buy / when order etc all depend what interest and value my car has. Because it’s the car it is there is no real need or rush to sell . It’s high spec low be miles and will certainly outlast me !
Now there’s a morbid thought.
