Stratus Grey looks super nice in the right light (CSLs are photoshopped over MV2s)

Is that yours? I had a RB 4003 in mapleglo some years back. By miles my favourite bass ever. That colour is awesome!

Yes, It's a rare colour option for the 4001 V63. I think they only made 3. This one is a 2000 model. I've had a normal 4001 from 1979 fireglo and a Black 4003 from the early 2000s previously. Awesome instruments

If you can't decide on a single colour you could always go for a different colour on each panel? Might look like a bit like this:

Estoril would top my list but not sure it would suit the E85/6

As M colours go Silver grey is fabulous as its twin tone looks amazing in all light, never dull. Love imola too!

I love my Ruby Black Metallic paintwork. It was a BMW Individual option and it looks black in overcast weather but like a deep blood red in the sunshine (when it’s clean that is!

If you're going to re-spray then go off-book and do something that wasn't available to order when new, because if you're just going to paint it a standard colour, then surely it would be easier and cheaper to just buy one in the colour that you want?

Also, depends what your colour your seats are.

But if i could order one new, dark green with a tan interior. Hmmmm...

I saw a new 3 series yesterday that was a dark metallic grey / black, never seen it before but it looked great and I thought it would make a great Z colour. I love my Stratus Grey coupe - it really pops in the sun with browns and greys in the paint, in the rain though it looks diesel blue!

Fearful of getting thrown off the forum, I’ll through in a Vauxhall colour seen on the Corsa, it a dark met grey that looks like you could put you hand in it - it would work well too!

Not what I had in mind when I started looking but Merlot Red has really grown on me over the years. I thnk it really suits the cream leather interior too
