Nav update on 2007 E86 Z4

Hi guys!
I recently got a 2007 BMW E86 Z4. Wonderful car, but I was wondering if I could update the navigation system on it?
It’s currently running SW 4-1/80, which tells me it’s running version 28. I can’t seem to find any nav dvds for europe. Can anyone help guide me to where and how I can get an update for the car?
