Another year, another great trip

It is the time of year again that a few of us head out to Normandy for a mini road trip. This year we decided to have a change and stick to the UK and after the last few days, boy was that a good idea!
Thursday was spent heading north through the Peak District via Hope Valley and Snake Pass before all meeting up near Blackburn for dinner and a drink or 2 Friday we headed into the Forest of Bowland and then the Dales lead by Mr Wilks in his 911, followed by 4 MRs and a 35is
Another great night followed after we were joined by Darren Slone and his MRC. After meeting Marlon in his 911 Saturday morning we headed out again into Bowland and the Dales and paid a visit to Tan Inn, the highest pub in the England
Sunday Morning was not quite so exciting with a long drive down the M6/M1 however, I can't stress enough, how enjoyable the trip was. I didn't realise how great the roads in Lancashire and Yorkshire were to drive, some real gems just a few hours away and that combined with great company makes for another trip to remember for a long time.
A few of my pictures below and Im sure the lads will add some more.
