Re: New Z4 - Canary Wharf
We've been sent some pictures of JC at CW this morning just before 9. I think that they might be starting a challenge.
I didn't see the Z4 yesterday and it wasn't there this morning at 7:00, maybe it'll arrive tomorrow after the filming.

Re: New Z4 - Canary Wharf
It's only a small number of people that earn the silly amounts - most bankers earn a good salary, but hey, we all choose our careers and the pros and cons; I know a lot of traders, stock brokers and very few really like their jobs. The ones that do aren't earning the big bucks. We shouldn't talk about this stuff here, but lets be honest, its not only the bankers that have caused this but also people borrowing what they can't afford! err, don't want to start a debate on this one!gers wrote:no its the last thing i would want for any normal working guy,DPG wrote:Do you find it funny that people are losing their jobs?gers wrote:cool-thanks for the info, cant make tomorrow,500 miles away,

Computer-Based Services means 2-3 engine oil change, 2 brake fluid change, and 1-2 micro-filter change for first 5 years. Not much costs to the dealer when you buy a brand new car from them. What discount will they offer? Some websites offer a new sDrive23i for £25k (£28,645 OTR).robert_london wrote:Also got an invite from Sytner yesterday. Dribble dribble dribble - absoultely love it. Look smuch smaller than it does in the pics, much more taut.
I'll wait 3 years until the M Sport models have been out for a while and depreciation has hit them!
p.s. I'm not a banker - I'm an IT consultant working for BP!!

Re: New Z4 - Canary Wharf
Checked it out in the flesh today. Got to admit its growing on me. The only thing is, boot space is very limited when the top is down which is a minus when you compare the space in my coupe, but each to their own. Overall layout, looks impressive.
Would I buy one? Well the price is a bit steep and to be honest i'm very happy with what I have, so probably not.

Did a quick configurator and built a like for like replacement for mine and came out at £40k+ so it's not a goer to even think about a trade up for a good few years

Re: New Z4 - Canary Wharf
The one in CW is a 35 with 18" split rims, nat nav, leather dash etc - about £44K - so yes very expensive; but bound to be a good buy nearly new. HOwever, I got back in mine on the way home and suddenly all thoughts of anything new disappeared... until I got out of the tube this morning and there it was all shiny and new and staring at me...
