Needing some help with part number for Alpina front springs!

Got a bit of a fright earlier today with a load clunk when it snapped!
Couldn't see anything when I stopped to check the car over but when I drove off again a part of the Spring bounced under the car and landed on the road behind the car.

Think I'll want to replace both fronts but struggling to find part numbers!

You may find that there's an equivalent BMW part number - you could always ask Soaper or Sytner Nottingham so that you can phone around to try to find them

Alternatively people have spoken highly of the Bilstein B12 kit as complete replacements - although that may be more than you want to spend

As Perry Says, The B12 Kit is the answer.

That's what I have on mine and it's great. Possibly sits slightly lower, but doesn't give me any clearance issues.

The shocks and springs on the Alpina roadster were, "Sachs" That was confirmed to me by an old Alpina owner named Ade.

When my front shocks were leaking and shot a few years ago the price to replace from local BMW dealer was £100 less than B12 suspension kit all round.
Putting the B12 kit on was a no brainer and never looked back. Car sitting lower looks loads better, handling improvement was a revalation and car is rock steady. :D
