OK I know I have bought and sold a few cars lately; four bought and three sold in the past year (the only one kept is the E89), but I have put a deposit down on number five today.
I like to call it a Z4+2 as it is a BMW, convertible but has 4 seats. Anybody want to guess. or is it getting too boring? :D

What you should have bought in the first place M6 vert?
No, that would just be too silly with fuel at £7.50 a gallon (and £250 for one brake disc). Also no room in the back.

Must be young as I have to convert gallons into litres first
That's just cos you're foreign. :poke:

The km/ litre (is it the other way around) thing has always confused the feck out of me.

Congrats. Does that mean the e89 is on borrowed time?
That depends on whether H takes to it Gee. The reason behind the Alpina sale has now all fallen through (due to greedy bast*rds who I thought were friends). So for now, it's not a priority.

Just ask is there a limit as to how many cars one can buy and sell say in a time frame without a "dealer" license? Or is Pondrew doing this on the downlow? Not sure of the answer here in the States as well.

It isn't a business by any stretch of the imagination, mate, as I lose money each time. I'm just stupid.
As to your question, I think the laws in the UK are that if you make money on anything, you should declare it to the Revenue. Don't think there is such a thing as a "dealer licence" here. Many dealers sign up to 'trade bodies' so they can buy cars from auctions, as many are 'closed' to the public these days.
Buying and selling cars has been like the Wild West since the dawn of the ICE, don't think much has changed TBH. :|

Are we going to see a pic of the latest rust bucket?
I ain't got it yet, and the advert has been pulled. It does have a 'dog sh*t brown' (sorry cognac) interior, though.

When you collecting the new flavour of the month
It's in Devon. Too far for me; got to book a transporter.
Because I'm so tight, I don't want it before 21st April. That was the date it was registered in 2018, so means I only have to pay one year of the extortionate £40k plus new value VED rate.
