Subscribed as well. Just need a bit more Matt Armstrong editing over it and you can make it your full time job

And the funds to do the jobs of course

Good evening.

It’s been a good Z4 week.
Firstly I had a jolly little key ring turn up to adorn the Z4 key. It’s simple but it made me smile.

Today I churned out a new video (see the link below) to show a bit of detail about how I’ve cleaned the seats and how they now look. It also gave me a chance to test out a few accessories that I’ve bought from china to try to make the videos a bit more professional.

Finally, alloys have been bought to replace the very tired 108’s. I may very well try to home restore these, gives me something else to film.

Anyway, I hope you like the video, please like and subscribe if it’s your type of thing.

Ta ta.

You could make those seats look new by leather dying those. Easy but time consuming job. I did a full colour change last year.

This is interesting. Whats the quality of the colour change like? Has any of the dye run?

It’s like an original finish. Like I said it’s time consuming but if you take your time and prep it properly you will get a good finish

I’d be really interested to see if I could colour dye the leather, maybe try this leather filler too.
Is it hard to do?

You have to keep the seats bi colour- it suits the car so well!

Hot off the press!!!

Another Phoenix yellow update on YouTube.
I gave the old girl a bit of clay bar treatment, I think it’s come up pretty well.
I didn’t do the entire car as there are some panels that I may still swap out, I’ve not decided yet. There paint still has some issues which weren’t resolved by clay bar and polish, so at some point I’ll probably get a professional in to go over the entire car.

Anyway, here is a link to my ‘Zeds not dead’ channel and some pictures below.

Thanks for looking.

This is really good, lovely to see a beautiful car lovingly restored

Did you buy the MV2's on the PY roadster being sold for parts?

They were long gone. I’ve never been keen on the MV2 alloys if I’m honest. I’d rather get the 108’s restored.
