Broke my duck!

Post by senwar » Mon Jul 16, 2007 8:46 am

So, finally after 9 months since I ordred my coupe, I've seen one on the road!

9 months is a long time to go without seeing the same car on the road! I was pleased to finally see one, but gutted now its 'common' lol

And it was a debadged ///M too. We both just looked at each other, probably both surprised.

But my the coupe looks fiiiine!

I haven't had the pleasure of the heartbreak you had experienced, senwar. :)

Actually, aside from the planned meets with other members, I haven't seen an ///M on the road (Roadster or Coupé).

9 months - long time eh? I've still not seen a Z4MC on the road, and only ever a couple of roasters. The day I decided not to get a (Silver Grey) ///M, one appeared coming towards me on a quiet road near Elland Road, looked so good.

I see loads of 3.0 coupes on the road in London and a few M's. When i drove to the country the other weekend i saw 3 S2000 and 0 Z4M's so i was smiling a little. (Having just traded in my S2000)

I have seen one montego blue Z4MC near my home so far. I saw the car just after I got delivery of my TT back in November and then I knew I had made the wrong choice... :)

Have seen a two or three 3.0si Coupes, but that was the only ///M.

Aaaargh!!! I finally saw one today!!! An M Roadster on the road! :dance2:

Actually, I felt very excited to see one on the road. I've seen a couple of other member's rides, but those were planned meets. This one I saw today just looked fabulous (Black Sapphire).

I think I'll feel "gutted" once I see an M Coupé on the road.
