Anywhere that has a light which lights up and dims as you unlock and lock/start the engine.half wrote:Guys, I don't have the footwell light! who knows where I can get the power to create the footwell light?
Just tap into any of those looms.
worst case will be the centre light near the rear view mirror, but I can't recall which pillar the loom drops down.

Re: Door Lighting Project
yes but....... the problem is that I don't have lights that go out with engine running.
The dome would be good but if I use motor start? all LEDs light up together!

Then I can't help as I've never toyed with one without the dimming option already fitted.half wrote:yes but....... the problem is that I don't have lights that go out with engine running.

Do you have any lights operated when you open the door? If so you could hook inthe the loom by the door switch/

Re: Door Lighting Project
Hi,
I just get the dimmer light above the rear view mirror on ceiling: ((
Should I take from the power?
But then I run and I turn on the light on ceiling also handles external lights?
